Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Monitor and maintain optimal warehouse temperatures using digital monitoring systems
- Inspect and prepare products for safe cold storage following HACCP guidelines
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks with attention to product integrity
- Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and storage areas
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs in compliance with FDA standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
