Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract goods using company-provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized storage systems
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and loading docks
- Support inventory control processes and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- Reliable transportation to Oakland industrial area
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
