Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; maintain detailed inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Organize and store materials in designated areas to optimize warehouse space
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform cycle counts and assist in quarterly inventory audits
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
