Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products using proper stacking techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS software
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
