Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision using our advanced inventory management system
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, box cutters, tape dispensers)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Update inventory records and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
