Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature monitoring systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Inspect and maintain facility equipment and report maintenance needs
- Follow OSHA safety standards and proper lifting techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work in cold environments (refrigerated/freezer zones)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Team player with strong communication skills
