Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management software.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock inspections to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments for accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
