Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and organize temperature-controlled products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse management system entries
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Operate refrigeration equipment and monitor temperature controls
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to our Commerce Park location
- Willingness to work in cold environment (32-40°F)
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – we train!
