Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control processes, including cycle counts and audits
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs
- Manage warehouse technology (WMS, RF scanners) and equipment maintenance
- Generate operational reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
