Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trailers and manage inventory in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems after paid certification training
- Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and GMP safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient cold chain logistics
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (thermal gear provided)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification through paid training
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- No prior cold storage experience necessary – training provided!
