Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity in refrigerated and frozen storage units
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect inventory for quality and record-keeping accuracy
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using proper techniques
- Complete daily safety checklists and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with team to maintain efficient workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Availability for weekend/evening shifts
