Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) under training supervision
- Maintain precise temperature controls for perishable goods (32°F to 40°F zones)
- Execute inventory management systems (RF scanning, cycle counting)
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform quality inspections on incoming/outgoing products
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate in cross-functional team environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work in 35°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
