Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) under supervision
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in cold storage areas (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and organize inventory following FIFO protocols
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards for cold environments
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs
- Perform sanitation and cleaning procedures in refrigerated spaces
- Collaborate with team members for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to complete paid on-the-job training program
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Industrial Park
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
