Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity targets are met and exceeded.
- Manage, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive work culture.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and manage discrepancies using WMS systems.
- Optimize workflows and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Prepare daily/weekly shift schedules and coordinate labor resources effectively.
- Inspect equipment and facility to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Valid Forklift Certification and ability to operate various warehouse machinery.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
