Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in -20°F to 40°F storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems safely
- Conduct quality control inspections and inventory audits
- Coordinate with remote team via digital platforms for inventory updates
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and sanitation procedures
- Complete digital temperature logs and compliance reports remotely
- Train on new cold storage technologies and hybrid work protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in -20°F environments for extended periods
