Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated and frozen storage zones using IoT-enabled systems
- Inspect, sort, and inventory perishable goods while adhering to HACCP protocols
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in temperature-controlled environments
- Complete digital inventory reports and quality logs via our remote dashboard portal
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless loading/unloading of temperature-sensitive shipments
- Implement sanitation procedures to maintain facility compliance with FDA regulations
- Participate in cross-functional remote meetings to optimize supply chain workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in cold storage or warehouse environment
- OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software and remote reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet for remote administrative tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
