Responsibilities
- Pack items into boxes, cartons, or crates according to company specifications and safety guidelines.
- Label packages accurately with correct addresses, barcodes, and shipping information.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and damage before final packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Verify inventory counts against packing lists to minimize errors.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Newark facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
