Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the cold storage warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Organize stock and inventory in designated areas to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems to update inventory records in real-time.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, cold storage, or logistics environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Flexibility to work in varying temperatures (cold storage environment).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
