Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organize frozen/refrigerated products
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in temperature-controlled environments
- Load/unload trucks following safety protocols
- Monitor warehouse conditions (temperature, humidity) and report discrepancies
- Sanitize equipment and work areas daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Complete safety training and adhere to OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-0°F)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
