Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer facilities
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect and maintain equipment (thermometers, refrigeration units)
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Inventory management and stock rotation using RF scanners
- Sanitize facilities and equipment per FDA guidelines
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Previous warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Availability for rotating shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
