Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect and organize inventory for FIFO compliance
- Adhere to HACCP and food safety protocols
- Document temperature logs and inventory counts
- Collaborate with team for efficient loading/unloading
- Perform safety inspections on equipment
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 32°F (-0°C) to -10°F (-23°C) environments
- Basic math and record-keeping skills
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with frequent walking
- Reliable transportation to Chandler facility
- Willingness to pass background/drug screening
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Availability for day/evening/weekend shifts
- Attention to detail in inventory management
