Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trailers and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems
- Monitor and document temperature/humidity levels in storage zones
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols for food handling
- Operate cold storage equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) safely
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow and order fulfillment
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (0°F to -20°F) for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
