Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse environments
- Load/unload shipments with precision and efficiency while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Optimize warehouse space utilization through strategic stacking and organization

- Maintain detailed documentation of inventory movements and workplace incidents
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (e.g., OSHA, ProLift, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse forklift operation experience
- Proven ability to operate multiple equipment types (reach trucks, order pickers)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS software
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
