Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Safely load/unload and organize perishable products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct routine inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Operate temperature monitoring equipment and report discrepancies immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends as needed
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
