Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration equipment safely
- Execute inventory management and order fulfillment protocols
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and USDA compliance standards
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs digitally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in temperatures below 32°F (0°C)
