Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols for refrigerated storage units
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in 0°F to 40°F environments
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Follow OSHA safety standards for cold storage operations
- Document inventory movements using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics
- Perform routine equipment maintenance inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
