Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer facilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory audits using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and food safety protocols
- Operate cold storage equipment safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with team members for seamless workflow
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid California driver's license
