Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments
- Load/unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and stock rotation
- Sanitize equipment and facility per HACCP standards
- Complete daily inspection logs and temperature reports
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (4+ hours shifts)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to night shift location
