Responsibilities
- Safely receive, scan, and process inbound shipments with 99.9% accuracy
- Optimize order picking and packing workflows using RF scanners
- Conduct meticulous inventory audits and cycle counts
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse organization and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
