Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move products within the warehouse using equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy to meet daily targets
- Operate scanning systems to track inventory movement and update records
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support new employee training on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime during peak seasons
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
