Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in cold storage facilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Inspect and rotate inventory to ensure product freshness
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Perform sanitation duties and facility cleaning procedures
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Complete inventory counts and documentation accurately
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F - 40°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Park location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
