Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 overnight warehouse associates during peak operations
- Execute inventory audits with 99.9% accuracy standards
- Coordinate high-value product handling and security protocols
- Optimize overnight workflow using WMS systems
- Implement safety compliance and OSHA standards
- Manage cross-functional team communication with day shift
- Train associates on specialized equipment operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Advanced WMS system proficiency (SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification (sit-down and reach truck)
- Experience with high-value inventory handling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts
- Leadership experience in union/non-union environments
