Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated/warehouse zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration equipment safely
- Inspect and document inventory using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety protocols
- Perform routine sanitation and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F)
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
