Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution activities
- Manage and train 15+ team members using provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning systems
- Implement inventory control protocols using our WMS technology
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards using provided safety equipment
- Optimize workflow efficiency using provided warehouse management tools
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with transportation and purchasing departments
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment operation background
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification (provided if needed)
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
