Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Scan inventory using RF scanners and maintain digital records
- Organize and maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workstations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Must lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Parkway location
