Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in cold storage areas
- Maintain strict temperature and sanitation protocols (32°F - 0°F)
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using FIFO methods
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team to meet daily operational targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F - 0°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to 4510 Pulaski Hwy, Baltimore
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
