Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound shipments
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory accuracy
- Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
