Responsibilities
- Operate temperature-controlled storage facilities maintaining optimal conditions (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely handle, store, and organize perishable goods including seafood, produce, and pharmaceuticals
- Conduct inventory audits using warehouse management systems
- Maintain strict compliance with FDA, USDA, and OSHA safety regulations
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration equipment after certification
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (0-40°F) for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid Hawaii driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
