Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature/humidity levels in cold storage areas
- Inspect, sort, and rotate inventory following FIFO protocols
- Load/unload shipments with attention to product integrity
- Adhere to strict safety standards for cold environments
- Complete inventory documentation using warehouse management systems
- Participate in cross-functional warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in 0°F to 40°F environments
- No prior cold storage experience necessary
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to complete paid certification training
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 rotating shifts
