Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks while maintaining temperature integrity
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in cold environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Monitor inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance standards
- Perform routine sanitation and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures (full PPE provided)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to learn specialized cold storage procedures
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred
