Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning systems and warehouse management software
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance)
- Load/unload trucks with temperature-sensitive products
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Follow all safety protocols for cold weather PPE and equipment operation
- Document daily activities in warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility
