Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with precision
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Comfortable working overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and math skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to worksite
