Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet performance targets
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
