Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently.
- Perform daily safety inspections of forklift equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant) is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and checking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
