Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders and specifications.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, sealed, and placed on pallets or conveyor belts.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workflow.
- Sort and organize inventory to ensure stock levels are accurate and accessible.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment usage.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not mandatory).
- No prior experience required – we will train you!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for following instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
