Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Efficiently select and package items according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Verify product quantities and ensure all stock is correctly labeled and stored.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in picking and packing.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and verifying inventory.
- Reliability: Professional work history and a commitment to punctuality.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
