Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trailers and trucks using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Scan items, verify quantities, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks as needed.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for eager learners.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move quickly.
- Availability: Must be available for flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and spot errors in inventory.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to communicate effectively with team leads.
- Equipment Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
