Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld RF scanners and computer terminals.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure they are securely packaged to prevent damage.
- Sort, organize, and label inventory in designated warehouse zones.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and 5S standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly shipping quotas efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning software quickly.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
