Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming merchandise and materials accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in compliance with company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using appropriate safety equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality control.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to role) or willingness to train.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
