Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship operations with 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing cargo.
- Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant workspace to ensure safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with shift leads regarding inventory levels and workflow bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
